About author:Mr. Qi Qingzhong is a Ph.D of engineering from Tsinghua University, a CEIBS EMBA alumni, GM of Shanghai Symphony Telecommunications Co., Ltd., and member of the science and technology committee of China Telecom. He was once the vice president of the Shanghai Research Institute of China Telecom, and vice GM of Shanghai Information Industry (Group) Co. Ltd. His research interests include telecom products and value-added services, enterprise management and development strategy, and Internet applications.
