About author:Xu Xiaodong, PhD, is an associate professor at the School of Information and Communication Engineering, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT) and Key Lab. of Universal Wireless Communications, Ministry of Education. His research interests include generalized cellular network infrastructure, wireless resource management strategy, coordinated communication technology, etc. He has published more than 30 SCI/EI indexed academic papers and applied more than 10 patents.
Chen Xin is a Master’s candidate at BUPT. His research direction is wireless resource management in new mobile communication network architecture.
