About author:Luo Tao, PhD, is an associate professor at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT). His research interests include cognitive radio, cooperative communications, MIMO, OFDM, and high-speed wireless network architecture. He has participated in several "863" Program of China and National Natural Science Foundation of China projects and has published more than 30 papers.
Hao Jianjun, PhD, is an associate professor at BUPT. His research interests include cognitive radio technology, network coding, and cooperative communications. He has published more than 10 papers.
Yue Guangxin is a professor and doctoral advisor at BUPT. His research interests include digital communications and information processing, broadband wireless communications, and wireless IP networks. He has published more than 100 papers.
