About author:Wang Sheng is a professor and doctoral advisor in the School of Communication and Information Engineering of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. In 2005, he was chosen as one of the excellent talents supported by Program for New Century Excellent Talent of the Ministry of Education. He is mainly engaged in the research on broadband communication network, and has taken charge of over 10 national projects, including projects of the National Basic Research Program (973 Program), projects of the National High Technology Research and Development Program (863 Program), key projects of the Ministry of Education, military pre- research projects and projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. By now, he has published more than 80 papers, of which over 40 can be indexed by SCI and EI. He has also applied for over 10 patents of invention, of which three have been granted.
Yu Hongfang, PhD, is an associate professor in the School of Communication and Information Engineering of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. Her research interests include network survivability, broadband network optimization and routing protocol design. She has undertaken or participated in over 10 national projects, as well as several cooperative projects ofsome large companies. So far, she has published over 50 academic papers in the domestic and international journals and over 20 papers in international conferences, of which over 30 can be indexed by SCI and EI. She has also applied for six patents of invention.
Xu Du, PhD, is an associate professor in the School of Communication and Information Engineering of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. His research interests include network performance analysis and optimization, large- capacity exchange and routing system, and network security architecture. He has undertaken or participated in over 10 national projects, as well as several cooperative projects ofsome large companies. So far, he has published over 30 academic papers in the domestic and international journals, of which over 20 can be indexed by SCI and EI, and has applied for 10 patents of invention.
