About author:ZHANG Honggang is a full professor with the College of Information Science and Electronic Engineering, Zhejiang University, China. He was International Chair Professor of Excellence for Université Européenne de Bretagne (UEB) and Supélec, France (2012-2014). He is an honorary visiting professor at the University of York, U.K. He is currently active in the research of cognitive green communications and was the leading guest editor of the IEEE Communications Magazine special issues on “Green Communications”. He is taking the role of Associate Editor-in-Chief (AEIC) of China Communications as well as the series editor of IEEE Communications Magazine for its Green Communications and Computing Networks Series. He served as the chair of the Technical Committee on Cognitive Networks of the IEEE Communications Society from 2011 to 2012. He was the co-author and an editor of two books with the titles of Cognitive Communications—Distributed Artificial Intelligence (DAI), Regulatory Policy and Economics, Implementation (John Wiley & Sons) and Green Communications: Theoretical Fundamentals, Algorithms and Applications (CRC Press), respectively.
